INTRODUCING ALEX, our new Language Assistant

Hola!

Me llamo Alex, y estaré en Huelva entre octubre de 2015 y junio de 2016 como auxiliar de conversación. Nunca he visitado a Huelva, entonces tengo muchas ganas de descubrir la ciudad y su cultura!

Yo soy de Manchester, una ciudad muy grande en el noroeste de Inglaterra. Es una ciudad conocida gracias a su música, con grupos como Oasis y los Stone Roses, su fútbol, con dos equipos enormes, Manchester United y Manchester City, y además, Manchester es conocido por su lluvia! Entonces no puedo esperar para tener un clima lleno de sol!

Como la mayoría de los Mancunians (la gente de Manchester) tengo una pasión por el fútbol, y conozco que hay un equipo de fútbol, el Recreativo, en Huelva y espero que pueda ver tantas partidos como posible.

Llegaré en Huelva alrededor del 20 de septiembre, y tengo planeas de viajar mucho para que pueda descubrir España!

3 LINEAS BILINGUES 1º ESO

Se confirma oficialmente: tendremos 3 líneas bilingües en 1º ESO desde el curso próximo 2015-16. A la espera de cerrar el proceso de matriculación parece que el número de solicitudes para cursar bilingüismo va en consonancia con esas tres líneas por lo que no habrá sorteo y nadie se verá obligado si no quiere estar en un grupo bilingüe.

Unbelievable, last year some students managed to interview Rihanna herself while she was touring Spain :)
But this year it is even more difficult. Three ESO Year 2 students have interviewed the most famous ghost we have around schools these days: Charlie Charlie.
