Stereotypes

One of the aims of any bilingual programme is to compare and contrast cultures and societies. Some years ago I made this presentation on the topic of stereotypes. They are frequent in all countries and cultures and can vary from funny to really offensive.
We must be careful when dealing with stereotypes as they are overgeneralizations not accurate at all!!
